hi friends. let me write one word: F A N T A S T I C !!! probably the experience of my lifetime. yesterday, 13th of may, at 6.51am i was standing on the top of africa, at 5895 m. above sea level, called uhuru peak. it was tough, very tough to reach the summit, but worth all the efforts – the view is just great and the feeling to reach this altitude just ….. I can not find the words at the moment. take care and stay tuned…….
hi all. actually i booked yesterday on the 5th of june in the morning at 11am a flight with zimbabwe airways to dar-es-salaam (tanzania). unfortunately they just cancelled it yesterday night due to operational problems. what a nice surprise at the check-in at 7am this morning. that’s the way it works in africa *smile. I arranged now another flight to nairobi (kenya) and will travel further t’row morning to moshi (tanzania). kili climb still should start friday 8th of june. i am looking forward to that challenge!!!
